ALWYN
LEIBA
At
an early age, Alwyn Leiba acquired leadership skills
and learned responsibility in the face of adversity.
After moving from the beautiful island of Jamaica,
he attended elementary, middle, and high school in
United States. After graduating high school he
attended Florida Atlantic University were he earned
a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Alwyn
have always been active in Church, and in time
became one of the praise and worship leader’s.
He quickly blossomed
into the role of a leader, husband, father, and
student, staying involved with singing because it is
my passion and God has blessed him with this voice
so can use it, to give him the praises and sing onto
him. First he started out singing to family members
at an early age, and was able to be part of a group
called the Inspirational Voices; as time passes
Alwyn developed and became better person with God’s
grace and mercy.
His mission is to be a
blessing to others, minister in songs, publicize,
empower, and promote Jesus Christ not only in the
Church but also through communities. 2005 seems to
be the magic year for alwyn in October he release
his first CD titled “ALWYN ACKNOWLEDGING GOD” under
the Rockstone Music Production Songs 4 Life Ministry
group of companies this CD has 12 great Worship
songs so soothe that only Alwyn could deliver in
such a spirit filled way.
It is now 2006 and
Alwyn has been nominated in the six annual Caribbean
Gospel Music Award USA in the category of Top Gospel
New Artist, Top Gospel Singer Male, and Top Gospel
CD of the year.
Alwyn has performed in various Churches in Florida
and other States, to date he has performed with
artist such as, Claudelle Clarke, Ken Parker,
Hopeton Lewis, Joan Myers,Miriam Drakes to name a
few.
